Diclofenac, paracetamol and seratiopeptidase are a combination of three drugs that work together to relieve pain, reduce inflammation and reduce fever. Diclofenac and paracetamol help by blocking cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, which are responsible for producing prostaglandin substances that cause pain, swelling and fever in injured areas. By inhibiting these enzymes, the production of prostaglandins decreases, reducing pain, inflammation and fever. Serratiopeptidase, on the other hand, helps to break down saturated proteins at the site of injury and acts as an anti-inflammatory, reducing swelling and inflammation.
